Join the 7th European Alcohol Policy as a
Youth Delegate with this Special Offer

The 7th European Alcohol Policy Conference (#7EAPC) will feature experts from all around the world working on topics connected to alcohol, inequalities and sustainable development. The Conference is expected to join 400+ participants from governments, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations etc.The Conference is organized by the Slovenian Ministry of Health  and Eurocare – European Alcohol Policy Alliance with the co-funding by the World Health Organization (special support by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation). Read more about the Conference on this link.

The Alcohol Policy Youth Network is extremely honoured to be able to provide a special offer for young people under 30 years old that want to attend #7EAPC. The offer covers the full participation fee with the conference pack, a youth pre-event on 20th November, priority registration to the two satellite events (RARHA and APN Symposium) on 21st November, accommodation (in double or triple rooms), coffee breaks and all meals.

As we have only 50 places, make sure you register as soon as possible. Your spot is guaranteed after the receipt of the participation fee.

The participation fees differ on your application period:
until 15th October – Early bird fee:
European Union: 125,00 euros
Rest of the World: 250,00 euros
 
until 15th November – Regular fee: 
European Union: 150,00 euros
Rest of the World: 300,00 euros
 
after 15th November – Late fee:
European Union: 250,00 euros
Rest of the World: 550,00 euros
 
DISCLAIMER: The applications are processed on the “first-come-first-served” basis until the limit of 50 participants. After the application, an APYN staff member will contact you in three days with a welcome package providing additional information about transportation (discounts) and the bank account for the fee to be transferred. When the fee is transferred, there is no refund possible. If a participant is on a later stage found to be over 30 years old, he/she will cover the full late participation fee and the cost of all meals (together approximately 600,00 euros)
